I love to cook Italian food, and lasagna is one of the most famous dish of Bologna, my hometown.
In the last ten years I did put my traditional family recipes at work more than once, and was always a success. From here the idea of starting a blog about traditional Italian food, and after putting some recipes together, I found out I need to talk more about my hometown, famous for the food, but also for mechanical excellence like Ferrari, Lamborghini and Ducati. Well guess what? I own a Ducati Scrambler and driving a motorcycle, cooking and drinking wine are all part of my hometown cultural traditions.
